Brazilian Journal of Urban Law – RBDU
RBDU is a semiannual scientific journal published by the Brazilian Institute of Urban Law in partnership with Fórum Publishing House. Its purpose is to gather content and promote the dissemination of critical thought on the foundations, implementation processes, and outcomes of urbanization policies, as well as on the control and regulation of land use. The discussions developed in the articles are grounded in the legal framework and its implications for the promotion of justice, rights, and social equality. It is a rigorous space for reflection, through which the journal seeks to contribute to the qualification of legal debate in Brazil. The editorial team is composed of renowned professors affiliated with higher education institutions in Brazil and abroad.
