The General Property Register Dismemberment Procedure towards the Property’s Register Office

Abstract

The property dismemberment procedure is an alternative that is commonly used by citizens whose goal is to sell property fractions with an inferior size when compared to the original property. The complications that come with the disposal of some of the called property’s ideal fraction have taken people to use a legal foreseen procedure that is still surrounded by shadows. Despite being a fairly simple procedure, there are many acts within the procedure that need to be respected, besides a great number of traits that show up accordingly to the type of dismemberment which the property owners tries to use. The present article has the forehead finality of clarifying, em general terms, which is the adopted procedure for property dismemberment and to warn it’s readers about the danger envolving this practice without caution and legal orientation, all of this without engaging deeply on each step. To achieve that goal, simple and generic, but effective examples are offered to clarify possible consequences due to the mistakes commited when formalizing the dismemberment procedure.
